My name is Jim McAtee and I am passionate about leadership, connecting, and influencing my profession.
My profession is career services. I bring a blend of industry experience and higher education experience together to help industry and higher education collaborate. I call this “The Grey Space”. This blog site is about working in this space, and how we need to be thinking about this work.
Experience speaks for itself, but as far as credentials go I hold an M.B.A., C.D.F. (Career Development Facilitator), and an institutional Effectiveness Certificate.
There is a lot more I could share, but you are here for content, not to hear about me. Just know that I have experiences to share and opinions about how industry and higher education should collaborate. I hope these experiences and opinions help us have great conversations about his topic.
